Last night at around 12pm Fidelity Locksmith recieved a call form an older gentlemen in regards to losing his car key and having someone come to make him a new one. So just like any other normal case the job was dispatched to the full time technician who had no problem driving out to provide the sevice. Upon arrival the tech. noticed something a little peculiar about the customer. The customer lossed his key because he was clearly hammered. In no way was the tech. going to cut and program the key for a drunk guy with the intentions of driving home after, so he put him in his work van and drove him home himself. Later this morning we recieved a call from the same customer who at this time was sober, or at least we hoped so, to again replace his lost key. Of course Fidelity was more than happy to do so. One cant help but wonder if the it was an act of God or a total coinsidence that the customer had lost his key. One can only imagine the damage he could have done to himself or someone else if he had driven home that night. Again Fidelity Locksmiths acted as a blessing in disguise and could have quite possible saved someones life.
