Low Price Guarantee
We believe that the prices our independent service pros offer are among the lowest rates in the industry. We are willing to stand behind this claim by offering you our Low-Price Guarantee.
If you obtain a Qualifying Estimate, as defined below, that is less than the estimate provided by the service professional, we will reduce the estimate to match the price up to a maximum reduction of 50% of the estimate and up to $500 (the "Cap"). Similarly, if you obtain a Qualifying Estimate within ten (10) days after the work is completed, we will refund to you the difference, up to the Cap.
In both cases, we will also give you a fifty-dollar ($50.00) gift card good for a future job sourced by us with a $100 minimum cost, which will be credited to your account, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Gift card is valid for one (1) year from the month of issuance.
If you have competing estimates when you are presented the estimate by the service professional, you should provide to him or her the competing estimates. The service professional will then contact us to discuss whether the estimate is a Qualifying Estimate. We, together with the service professional will attempt to make a determination over the phone if possible. If so, you will be given a discount equal to the amount of the difference in the price for the service (up to the Cap), which you will see when you are asked to pay for the service upon completion. If, however, we are not able to make a determination immediately, you will be asked to pay the full amount. You will then send the estimate to us (per the instructions below), within ten (10) days of completion of the service and if it is determined that the written estimate is a Qualifying Estimate, you will receive a refund in accordance with these terms.
If, within ten (10) days after the completion of a Job, you believe that you have found a better price, please provide us with the following information: your name, address, a description and the date of the services contracted for and performed, together with a clear copy of the competing estimate. You may provide us this information via email at email@example.com or mail us at Fidelity Locksmith Services, 6900 Canby Ave, Unit 103, Reseda, CA, 91335. You may also call us at 877-740-5060, in case you need additional help. If we determine that the estimate is a Qualifying Estimate, we will provide you with a refund (up to the Cap) within one (1) week after such determination has been made.
We will determine, in our sole discretion, if a refund, credit or coupon is warranted based on the information that you provide and our own investigation. We may ask for additional information if we believe necessary to fully assess your claim. We will not accept purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by one of our personnel. Nor will we approve a claim that we believe, in our sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. If we determine that a refund, credit or coupon has been fraudulently obtained, we will seek to recover all such amounts from you, including by charging your credit card if you paid by credit card.
An Estimate is a Qualifying Estimate Only if it's "Apples to Apples"
The estimate must be for the exact same service. For example, if the service professional determined that you needed to have your locks changed, you cannot submit an estimate to rekeying the locks (even if the professional providing the competing estimate believes that changing the locks was not necessary). Sometimes reasonable service professionals may disagree on the diagnosis of a particular problem and this Low-Price Guarantee is not intended to address that situation. The service must also include use of the same quality materials contemplated by the estimate provided by your service professional. Service must be from a comparably credentialed professional. For instance, if we referred to you a licensed locksmith technician to address a specific plumbing problem, the competing estimate must also come from a licensed locksmith technician. Service must come from a professional in the same geographic region. There are regional differences in pricing and the Low-Price Guarantee is only intended to address lower prices offered by service professionals in the same region.
We reserve the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Low-Price Guarantee, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. We will notify you of changes to Low Price Guarantee by revised terms on this website with a new "Last Updated Date". You should check the date of the terms appearing at the beginning of the terms and review any changes since the last version. Revised terms will be effective when posted. The terms that are in effect at the time of your booking an appointment will determine your eligibility under the Low-Price Guarantee.
